本公司將商品透過職員、供應商或第三方速遞公司送遞至您提供的送貨地址。商品送達後需由您親自簽收。如您要求放置於指定地點(如門外),任何遺失或損壞風險由您承擔。
所有預計之送貨日期或時間僅為估計,實際可能因供貨、運輸、天氣或不可抗力而更改,本公司概不負責延誤或後果。如未能於約定時間接收,您需支付額外費用或訂單可能取消。

Some products may be marked as “pre-order” or “order-upon-request,” meaning the product is not in immediate stock. The arrival and delivery dates for pre-order products must be confirmed with customer service and may take 3 to 7 days (or longer), depending on supplier conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure supply but do not guarantee specific times.
If any item is unavailable due to out-of-stock, we have the right to provide a substitute of the same type and price or reject the order. Even if you have completed payment, we have the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
You confirm and agree that the information you provide is correct and accurate. The Company shall not be responsible for any delays in order processing or delivery, or any consequences arising therefrom, due to incorrect information provided by you.
The effectiveness of all orders depends on the acceptance of the order and availability of supply. Products placed in your shopping cart will not be reserved and may still be purchased by other customers.
Upon successful acceptance of your order, you will receive our order confirmation email or WhatsApp message, and the contract between you and us will be established, bound by these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you shall not cancel or modify the order in any form unless we agree.
We will confirm your order within 36 hours. If the order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, including but not limited to out-of-stock or supply issues, we will refund the full amount to you.
We have the right to reject your order, for example: if payment authorization cannot be obtained; if specific goods are subject to transportation restrictions; if the ordered product is out of stock; or if you do not comply with these Terms. We may also refuse to process transactions for any reason and reserve the final decision.

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay), FPS (Faster Payment System), or other payment methods we agree to from time to time. All payments are calculated in Hong Kong dollars.
You agree that your credit card or FPS payments will be processed by our appointed service providers and warrant that you are the legitimate holder of the credit card or FPS account used for payment.
You must pay the full amount for the purchased products before delivery. If you fail to pay in full, the Company has the right to cancel the order.
The Company retains ownership of the relevant products until you pay the full amount, and all risks associated with the products shall be deemed transferred to you upon delivery.
Delivery services are limited to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and designated areas (additional fees apply for Tung Chung, Ma Wan, etc.). Small appliances require delivery fees (as displayed on the product page). Additional surcharges apply for outlying islands and remote areas; staircase fees, wheeling fees, installation fees, and old appliance recycling fees may be charged separately, based on on-site assessment, but we will try to notify the fee range in advance. Please contact customer service for inquiries before purchase.
The Company will deliver the goods to the delivery address provided by you through staff, suppliers, or third-party courier companies. Goods must be signed for in person upon arrival. If you request placement at a designated location (such as outside the door), any risk of loss or damage shall be borne by you.
All estimated delivery dates or times are for reference only and may change due to supply, transportation, weather, or force majeure. The Company shall not be responsible for delays or consequences. If you fail to receive at the agreed time, you must pay additional fees, or the order may be canceled.
The size and conditions for free or paid installation services for televisions vary by brand. Please contact customer service for further details. If you unbox the product yourself, any damage shall be borne by you. Fees for paid installation must be confirmed with customer service.
Air conditioner products include standard installation services. When purchasing an air conditioner, you must pay the full product price before order confirmation. Installation fees will be assessed on-site by our installation technicians based on actual conditions (e.g., wall conditions, piping length) and must be paid immediately upon completion of installation via cash or FPS. Failure to pay installation fees immediately may result in the Company refusing to provide further services.
In case of additional circumstances (such as stairs or long distances), additional fees must be paid; otherwise, we have the right to refuse service.
In general, we do not accept product exchanges, refunds, or order cancellations, except for out-of-stock or confirmed quality issues. If a product has quality issues, please retain the original packaging and contact us within 10 days of receipt to arrange for an agent to visit for inspection and collection. Upon confirmation of the issue, we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
If the ordered product is out of stock, you may choose to exchange for another model or request a refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
If an exchange is requested due to size mismatch or other non-quality issues, a handling fee of at least 30% of the product price must be paid, but no refund is available. The Company reserves the right not to exchange.
Refund procedures take at least 7 working days, and the Company shall not be responsible for delays.
In any case, the Company reserves the right not to refund or exchange.
Maintenance details are subject to the supplier’s provisions and apply only in Hong Kong. The maintenance period is usually 1-2 years (depending on the product) and does not include human damage, misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications. Repairs require presentation of receipts, with parts and labor charged separately. If the product is discontinued, we have the right not to repair it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for delays, losses, or failure to perform due to accidents, third-party reasons, or circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
The Company does not warrant that the website or services will be uninterrupted, virus-free, or that information will be accurate and timely.
The Company shall not be responsible for any indirect losses (such as loss of income). However, in case of quality issues, we will provide refunds or replacements as remedies.
If we are unable to perform our obligations under these Terms due to fire, flood, natural disasters, government orders, supply shortages, transportation delays, or other reasons beyond our reasonable control, we shall not be liable.
